Braden Eliason

Biomedical Engineer

Braden loves to connect the dots between engineering, design, and medicine, and he thrives on solving complex problems. He has done projects for the University of Minnesota, Atricure, Nordson Medical, Gravitas, St. Jude Medical, and Magic Arms. In college, he co-invented a low-cost spirometer that won several national awards. He currently mentors a FIRST robotics team and enjoys teaching high school students about the design and engineering process. Braden is a random-fact-any-kind-of-problem-solver type of guy. He loves discovering creative ways to make things work, whether they require algorithms, physics, biology, or mechanics—Braden will find a way.

Braden loves:

  • Trying new food
  • Complicated math jokes
  • FIRST robotics
